Founder & President – Ed Nessinger launched E West Construction, Inc. (formerly R.E. West Builders, Inc.) in 2006. Ed is also founder and President of Nessco Construction, Inc., a construction and landscaping company that performs grading and paving services in the Bay Area. With over 25 years of experience in residential, commercial, and public works construction, Ed’s knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry has earned him an excellent reputation with clients. General Manager – Cliff Dufresne manages Human Resources and Office Operations. Cliff joined the team in 2011 with 26 years of leadership and management experience.
Estimating & Project Management:
Estimator – Howard Brusco creates estimates and budget proposals for clients and handles the take-offs for E West Construction’s in-house framing and construction crews. Howard has 25 years construction experience in the field and with office administration and estimating. Prior to joining E West Construction in 2013, Howard ran his own business as an independent contractor and completed hundreds of remodels, additions, and renovations.
Project Manager – Craig Bartlett is responsible for ensuring your project is completed on time and within budget. He monitors projects start-to-finish to ensure clients’ needs are met and that decisions are carried out through all phases of the project. Craig has 30 years of experience in the construction industry with a background in interior work, mitigating water intrusion, and handling customer service and warranties for a local builder.
Superintendent – Craig LaMothe is responsible for scheduling the work, monitoring progress, and quality control. Craig has 30 years of home building experience and is a graduate of Sonoma State University’s Green Building Program. He has overseen the construction of over 500 homes in Sonoma County in over 20 subdivisions, as well as apartment complexes and multi-family units. Craig’s experience spans breaking ground to final inspection and customer delivery.
Manager, Accounting Department – Eileen Vaughn facilitates the day- to-day operations of our financing & accounting for our construction crews and subcontractors. Eileen has managed and implemented accounting and payment procedures in the construction field for several years.
Manager, Human Resources – Missy Sponable oversees our employee infrastructure including health and safety concerns. She helps in the day-to-day operations of the company and plays an active role in all of our company investments.
